1. Tell me more about "Free Local Pickup" option for shipping.

I am located in Calgary, AB (Canada). I offer free pickup option for those who live locally and would like to pick up the ordered item instead of paying for the shipping charge. Please use the code "YYCPICKUP" during the checkout.

 

2. What is the shipping rate?

I offer $15 flat fee for domestic delivery within Canada, and $18 for international. For the customers ordering over $100 before tax, the free shipping applies automatically at the checkout.

 

3. How long does it take to ship my order?

Most of my items are made to order. I try my best to create it as soon as I receive the order, and unless it is clearly stated on my site, it will be shipped within 3 days. Delivery time depends on where the item will be sent. 

 

4. I don't know my hat size, how can I find it?

Place a soft tape measure all the way around your head: across your mid-forehead, slightly above your ears and around the bump in the back of your head. Hold it tight enough, but not too tight in order to take the accurate measurement. If your size falls between the available sizes (S, M, L), I recommend to choose the next larger size. If you don't have a tape measure, a ribbon can be used instead, then measure the length with a ruler.

 

5. Do you take semi-custom orders?

Yes. If you see the style/fabric you like in my collection, but you don't see the combination among my creation. Please contact me as I may be able to create the one you like as long as the fabric is still available. Please also note that some combination would not work due to the weight/thickness of the fabric.
